Valise has no account, no server and no analytics. Your trips are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account. We never see them.
The trips you create: destination, its country and map coordinates, dates, the answers you give about the trip (kind of trip, transport, accommodation, travelling with children or a pet), your notes, and your packing list with what you've packed. Valise does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
On your iPhone, and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in your private iCloud database through Apple's CloudKit so it syncs to your other devices. Valise has no server or database of its own.
If you invite someone to a trip, that trip and its packing list are shared with them through iCloud. They can see and edit that trip, and see the name iCloud shows for you. You can stop sharing, and people you invited can leave, at any time. Your other trips are never shared.
To show the forecast and suggest clothes, Valise sends your destination's coordinates and dates to Apple Weather (WeatherKit). To find places, what you type in the search box is sent to Apple Maps. Neither includes your own location; Valise never asks for it.
If you turn on reminders, they are scheduled on your iPhone. No server is involved.
Valise contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking code, and no third-party SDKs. Your data is never sold or shared.
You can edit or delete any trip in the app. Deleting a trip removes it from your devices and from iCloud. You can also manage Valise's iCloud data in Settings → your name → iCloud.
Valise is not directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, this page and its effective date will be updated.
